Applicable Conditions

General
Supplied personal information will be used exclusively for order processing.
Order processing and payment validation is a manual task and there may be some replay delay.
This page doesn't use cookies.


Delivery
Inside Lisbon, and maybe in the vicinity, the author prefers, if possible to deliver the books directly.
For all the other situations the delivery is made by postal mail to the mandatory supplied address in the form.
Delivery starts only after the payment has been received or the author receives a proof of payment.
If you have any questions, follow with your order, use the 'Message' field and make your payment only after the questions have been answered.


Post fees and delivery dates
Post fees (editorial mail in a properly conditioned package made of reused cardboard) are calculated based on the average weight of books + package.
For orders above 2Kg it is cheaper to send several packages.
Orders to Portugal: delivery in about 3 business days
Orders to Europe - Schengen area
Normal postal mail: delivery in about 5 business days
Economical postal mail: delivery in about 10 business days
Deliveries outside Schengen area are not possible

Payment
Payment methods are:
- in cash when the books are delivered directly by the author.
- bank account transfer (IBAN reference will be sent by email after the order is made)
- PayPal (extra fees may apply and a payment link will be sent by email after the order is made)
  Portugal: €0,35 + 2,90% | Europa I e Europa do Norte: €0,35 + 3,40% | Europa II e Resto do Mundo: €0,35 + 4,90%
